Everyone has their own PIN. A forgotten PIN can only be removed by Kat in the Firebase console (console.firebase.google.com → project domacnost → Firestore Database → Data): mista → finance → piny → your e-mail → three dots → Delete document. Then you set a new PIN here. No data are lost.

Value = counted in the total (Cash and Funds, in CZK). Kids' money = the kids' own money in that account, not counted. “Not in total” keeps the row but leaves it out (as the Excel did for some rows). Text = anything that is not a number (e.g. “?”).

Finance is visible only to the people Kat allows in Home → Settings → Access (the server refuses everyone else). The PIN protects against someone looking in on a signed-in computer or phone. It locks itself after 2 minutes in the background or 10 minutes without use.

Backup and import

The backup contains all Finance data (no PINs). The file is not encrypted and contains account numbers – after downloading, pack it into a password-protected 7-Zip archive and delete it from Downloads. Import never deletes anything.
